another goal reached

wow another goal has been reached, i entered a beach body with buddy contest, and in 6 weeks i lost 27.5 inches and a total 39 inches combined with my buddy, i know we both worked hard at this, still getting myself ready for the 5k coming up on sept. 18th and im gonna be entering the quest 12 at the gym, please keep praying for me i need alot of strenght, i know this journey will be hard but im in it to win it.
