The Start

For everyone that dont know me my name is Shawn, i been over weight my whole life, and a few weeks ago i went to the doctor to weigh, and couldnt even weigh, and there scales go to 450lbs, so i knew i needed to make a life time change, i joined a gym a few weeks ago. After one week in the gym Krista the gyms owner took me to the hospital to find out how much i really weighed and to my surprise i didnt way as much as i thought, i weighed in at 445lbs. Its the heaviest i have ever been in my life at 29. Im in this to win this and my goal is to loose 300lbs. Well thats just alittle bout me.
Went to the gym today had a really good workout, im sure im gonna be sore tomorrow but its all worth it. Ill keep yall updated with my progress. please keep me in your prayers this is the hardest thing i have ever done.
Thanks Shawn
